Booking Policies
1️⃣ Scheduling & Availability Classes must be scheduled two weeks in advance to allow preparation. Appointments are confirmed only after payment (if applicable) and approval of the requested time slot. Clients will receive a confirmation email with meeting details upon successful booking. 2️⃣ Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations require at least 8-24 hours' notice to qualify for a reschedule. There are no refunds, unless the wrong service was selected - the correct service will be substituted. Clients can reschedule as many times as necessary at no additional cost. 3️⃣ No-Show & Late Policy If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or rescheduled based on availability. No-shows will not be refunded and may require rebooking with a new fee. There are no Cancellation or No Show Fees. 4️⃣ Payment & Refunds Payment (if applicable) must be made before the appointment to confirm your session. Refunds are only available for booking errors and will be corrected with the right service. If a session is canceled by the consultant, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. If a session is canceled by a the consultant last minute due to emergency, a discount will be provided for the reschedule. 5️⃣ Confidentiality & Data Protection All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent. Any data collected is used strictly for consultation purposes and follow-ups. 6️⃣ Technical Issues & Emergencies If technical difficulties arise (e.g., video call issues), we will attempt to reschedule at no extra cost.
