Let’s set the stage for your success. In this session, we’ll collaborate on feasible goals based on initial findings, address potential roadblocks, and discuss actionable steps to move forward. Using a constructive review approach, we’ll explore interviews with internal staff, external clients, partners, and analyze key performance indicators, content, business objectives, and organizational effectiveness to align on next steps. My expertise is here to ensure clarity and confidence in your path forward. For the Discovery - "What Is" Session, there are additional fields beyond the initial booking form to gather more detailed information about your business, challenges, and expectations.
Booking Policies
1️⃣ Scheduling & Availability All bookings must be scheduled at least 24-48 hours in advance to allow preparation. Appointments are confirmed only after payment (if applicable) and approval of the requested time slot. Clients will receive a confirmation email with meeting details upon successful booking. 2️⃣ Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations require at least 8-24 hours' notice to qualify for a reschedule. There are no refunds, unless the wrong service was selected - the correct service will be substituted. Clients can reschedule as many times as necessary at no additional cost. 3️⃣ No-Show & Late Policy If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or rescheduled based on availability. No-shows will not be refunded and may require rebooking with a new fee. There are no Cancellation or No Show Fees. 4️⃣ Payment & Refunds Payment (if applicable) must be made before the appointment to confirm your session. Refunds are only available for booking errors and will be corrected with the right service. If a session is canceled by the consultant, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. If a session is canceled by a the consultant last minute due to emergency, a discount will be provided for the reschedule. 5️⃣ Confidentiality & Data Protection All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent. Any data collected is used strictly for consultation purposes and follow-ups. 6️⃣ Technical Issues & Emergencies If technical difficulties arise (e.g., video call issues), we will attempt to reschedule at no extra cost.
