The Lift Truck Operator training program is comprised of course components carefully aligned to promote the best possible instruction and provide a good mix of technologies and interactions that result in a comprehensive and constructive learning experience. Increase knowledge and skills in lift truck operations Make the workplace safe for operators and their co-workers Prevent lift truck incidents on the job Help employers meet OSHA compliance requirements Help employers train and authorize lift truck operators In a creative, blended approach to training, this course combines traditional training methods with technology to achieve learning and safety objectives. The interactive design integrates clasroom based activities presented in reader-friendly and graphically rich materials with on site skill evaluations at your facility with your equipment. Forklift safety isn’t optional—it’s the law. Our Lift Truck Operator courses provide the required OSHA certification every operator needs every 3 years. Booking Policies
1️⃣ Scheduling & Availability Classes must be scheduled two weeks in advance to allow preparation. Appointments are confirmed only after payment (if applicable) and approval of the requested time slot. Clients will receive a confirmation email with meeting details upon successful booking. 2️⃣ Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations require at least 8-24 hours' notice to qualify for a reschedule. There are no refunds, unless the wrong service was selected - the correct service will be substituted. Clients can reschedule as many times as necessary at no additional cost. 3️⃣ No-Show & Late Policy If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or rescheduled based on availability. No-shows will not be refunded and may require rebooking with a new fee. There are no Cancellation or No Show Fees. 4️⃣ Payment & Refunds Payment (if applicable) must be made before the appointment to confirm your session. Refunds are only available for booking errors and will be corrected with the right service. If a session is canceled by the consultant, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. If a session is canceled by a the consultant last minute due to emergency, a discount will be provided for the reschedule. 5️⃣ Confidentiality & Data Protection All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent. Any data collected is used strictly for consultation purposes and follow-ups. 6️⃣ Technical Issues & Emergencies If technical difficulties arise (e.g., video call issues), we will attempt to reschedule at no extra cost.
