Terms and Conditions – Student Certification Bundles

By enrolling in a RavenSHIELD Solutions Student Plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Plan Access & Eligibility
Student Plans are provided free of charge to individuals enrolled in one of our eligible training courses. Access is granted upon confirmed registration and payment for the selected class by either the student or their sponsoring employer.

2. Plan Inclusions
Student Plans offer access to relevant course resources, post-class materials, optional group membership, community discussions, student support, and certification tracking. Features may vary based on the class type and course level.

3. Non-Transferable Access
Access to a Student Plan is granted to the registered individual only and may not be transferred, shared, or resold. Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access.

4. Course Payment Requirement
Although Student Plans are free, course fees apply. These are either paid by the student directly or sponsored by the employer. Access to Student Plan features is contingent upon full course enrollment and payment.

5. Class Rescheduling or Cancellation
If a student or employer requests to reschedule or cancel a training session, access to the corresponding Student Plan may be paused or revoked until a new date is confirmed or further arrangements are made. See individual course booking policies for more information.

6. Access Duration
Student Plan access is valid for the duration of the certification cycle, course follow-up period, or as otherwise specified. RavenSHIELD Solutions reserves the right to modify access timelines based on evolving educational needs.

7. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior in all Student Plan forums, groups, and communications. Inappropriate conduct will result in revoked access without refund.

8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided within the Student Plans are the intellectual property of RavenSHIELD Solutions and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

9. Updates and Modifications
RavenSHIELD Solutions reserves the right to update, change, or discontinue Student Plan features, terms, and availability at any time without notice.
